Cancellation Policy
Cancel through the Birdie's App. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your booking will be charged the full amount.
No Staff On-Site
Staff will not be present during your booking. Your phone is your key — use the Birdie's app to unlock the building when you arrive.
Snacks & Drinks
Snacks and drinks for purchase — pay via the QR code on the fridge sign. Feel free to bring your own, including adult beverages.
